People Can Visit The Deadliest Garden In The World Where Every Plant Can Kill

The world is such a beautiful and vast place. There are amazing things that occur in the natural world, such as waterfalls, the Grand Canyon, and so on. Sadly, not everything is as pretty and harmless as we could always hope it to be. Among all of the beauty in the world, there are so many silent things that could potentially kill us. Spiders, while they may be small and hard to notice, can pose a huge threat if bothered. Likewise, snakes, scorpions, and so many other animals can be much more dangerous than we really give them credit for, but that doesn't mean you need to walk around afraid of everything. One thing you SHOULD be afraid of is this garden because it's filled with plants that can cause death.

What happened to enjoying nice fields of flowers? We've suddenly skipped to hazardous gardens.

This is the beautiful greeting you receive upon approaching the gates of the Alnwick Poison Gardens.

The garden was given to the Duchess of Northumberland as a means of keeping her occupied. What she did was create an absolutely astonishing garden.

To add a bit of spice to the garden, she implemented a poisonous element. Her reasoning behind this was to show that plants don't only heal, they can also kill.

I'm not quite sure why someone would want to visit a poisonous garden, but it's open to the public.

As a result of the hazardous plants within the gardens, visitors aren't allowed to touch, smell, or taste the plants. Just one whiff can cause you to lose consciousness.

While the plants there are definitely cool, I think pictures are as close as I'll be getting to this place.
